उम्र: बढ़ती सी -थोड़ी खिलती सी।

उम्र की लम्बी होती लकीरों पर संतुलन बनाना
सीख लिया है भावनाओं ने,

परेशानियों की ज़मीन पर उगने लगा है,
महकता सा फूल अनुभवों का ,

कल की ही बात है, लगता था जीत लूँ  ज़िन्दगी ,
उम्र ने बताया- इसे जीतना नहीं , जीना है।

 

हंसी के निशान अभी हलके हैं चेहरे पर,
कुछ और गहरा करना है उसे-थोड़ा और जी कर,थोड़ा और हंस कर,

क्यूँ बंधना किसी सोच की डोर से यूँ ही,
जीवन के आँगन में दहलीज़ क्यूँ बनाना है,

परिभाषा बदली सी है-पर रंग वही हैं
रेखाचित्र से जीवन को, उन रंगों से अब भरना है।

    यह तो वह सफर है जो चलता रहे
    बस चलता रहे
    और जब थमे तो यादों के साये में
    बस पलता रहे ।
